DirectSupport Mentoring and Workshops

Voluntary sector UK online centres can select a personal mentor, and have access to a range of specialists, to help with funding bids, business planning and centre development.

We may refer to your Government Office, DfES or Life Long Learning Partnership to ratify the need for this free support, which is likely to be 1 to 3 days per centre.

As part of this service, centres or groups of centres who are arranging their own event, can request expert facilitators or presenters, provided free by DirectSupport, to run workshops or information sessions.

We offer day and half day workshops on Sustainability and Funding, Management, Marketing, Networking and Using the Virtual ICT Centre, and other subjects on request. We can also tailor a workshop to meet the capacity building needs of your organisation, as well as your staff training needs.
