Helpdesk
The Helpdesk is a freephone helpline, set up to offer immediate guidance
to UK online centres in the community and voluntary sector.
The Helpdesk can also signpost you to web-based resources, offer email
support and documents, refer you to a mentor, or arrange staff training
or a workshop.
Any voluntary sector UK online centre, however funded, or just branded,
can ring to request help or advice.
The Helpline is staffed on weekdays from 9 - 5 and a qualified community
business counsellor is usually immediately available, or will call you
back.

On calling for the first time, be prepared to give the name and contact
details of your UK online centre.
